I'm not an electrician, I didn't know the difference between 4 ot, and 4 ot 4 ot 4 ot. Instead of explaining it they just took advantage of me. Customer service sucks. Update: they called me to ask if I had any problems, after explaining what happened they worked things out. Thanks guys, great customer service!
Jim at the counter is great! He knows his stuff and gets right to the point of what you want or need. He will also give your kid a popsicle or your dog a biscuit!
