The state inspection appointment took over 2 hours. There was no communication from the inspector, then they failed my car for a potential electrical issue which has not been flagged in previous service visits or inspections. In order to pass I would have needed to pay the $195 diagnostic fee which they didn’t even have time to do the same day because the appointment took so long. The experience was great! Our salesperson, Brandon Delano, was the best! He not only had good knowledge of the cars, but also tried hard to find the right SUV for our family. You could tell that he was very honest, and was going to treat us fairly. We bought a beautiful 2021 VW Atlas, and are very pleased. You can buy a new or used car anywhere; but at Loyalty VW, we were treated with respect and kindness.
