We had a wonderful experience buying a used truck from James Jackson at Loyalty Volkswagen. He listened to my needs, showed me a truck, let me test drive it, asked my thoughts and answered all my questions. The worst experience I've ever had they stuck a predatorial credit company on me the Atlas was 39995 they gave me 19500 for my Jeep I put another 10000 down so that should have left me with 10995 to finance well it ended up being 58000 dollar I had to beg for them to change that and I still ended up paying 27000 more to pay it off and now they didn't pay my jeep off for a month costing me 434 dollar car payment fora car that I no longer owned a sorry low car dealership women be wear of this company they will stick it to you!
Had to bring my son’s car in due to an ongoing issue he’d been having with EPC light coming on and car driving rough. Found out that there was a warranty extension for his vehicle and made appointment for car to be looked at. We did not purchase car here. It was purchased used at a local used car lot. Ashley in service was great with answering questions and relieving any fears about the issue being covered by VW due to a faulty part. I purchased an Atlas three months ago and it was an incredible experience! Both the sales manager and finance manager were extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. They were extremely fair and transparent when discussing numbers for my trade. Also they answered all my questions without any hesitation. Lastly, the facility is extremely clean and family friendly as I had to bring my child with me to purchase the vehicle. I can’t recommend Loyalty Volkswagen enough!
