After dealing with Wes Brown the service manager and seeing his incompetence and the finance managers attemp to upsale a car to us after having engine issues with a car bought 2 months prior shows to me that loyalty Volkswagen hires people with zero integrity.
Today i was having the worst day possible. Called angry but quickly changed when Mr Taz helped me out and let me know about my warranty that i didn’t even know i had for tires! He definitely helped me when i was at my absolute worst. Man is amazing! Thank you Volkswagen for helping your community when they need it ❤️🙌
I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla and I am very pleased with my selection. Mr Joseph Jones assisted me and he was very patient and kind. I must admit I was anxious and unsure about making this major purchase, but Mr Jones reassured me I was getting a good deal. Purchased a 2024 Tiguan earlier this month at Loyalty. We drove the extra 25 miles down from the shortpump area as we had heard such great things about Loyalty, and we were really happy we made the trip. I was interested in the Tiguan but had never driven one, and Kody was really helpful in learning what I liked and needed in a new car, and was patient and informative when test driving a few Tiguans to find the exact one I wanted.
