Bought car last year 2021 tiguan rline premium. Been the worst headache ever car has had the same issues since new radio problems, tire sensor problem, lane detections problems. Now for last 6 months car has been sitting due to vw not having windshields. This car is the worst purchase ever and do not buy volkswagen and loyalty will try to treat you like your stupid. Customer service is below average. Mike, specifically, was rude and disrespectful, and his comments were offensive. I've shared my experience with the leadership and they have yet to respond regarding his lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
My car purchasing experience was not the best. I knew exactly what I wanted and I reached out to them so no one had to try to sell me anything. The main reason for my bad rating is I ended up with 4 hard inquiries on my credit even though the sales person told me I'll only get one soft inquiry. I have purchased several vehicles in the past and I've never had the need for 4 hard inquiries especially when I asked prior to make sure I'll only get at most one inquiry.
I came in discouraged with my car I sat with Christian and walked out very happy with a brand new car. He was very professional, understanding , patient and explained everything to where I can understand. It was def an amazing experience.
