Well, here I am posting a review for Loyalty Plumbing again! This time it was my hot water heater that sprung a leak. This is my 4th hot water heater since we moved to Las Vegas 16 years ago and I have changed all the previous ones, but after my positive experience with Loyalty, I decided to ask them to do the job. Excellent family owned company where you still get a live representative and avoid the AI nonsense and runaround with talking to a bot to schedule a service. The technician Marlin was very honest, polite and helpful. He found the problem right away and it was taken care of without issue. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

Brian called before he came out and he was able to arrive ahead of schedule which worked out well. Brian throughly checked and fixed the slow draining sink in the master bedroom. He is so nice, personable and efficient. I was given three options to choose from. Once I chose my option, he immediately was able to fix the problem. Thank you Loyalty Plumbing for having him on your team.
