I have yet to have a bad experience at Loyalty. Everyone there is so good to me and my family. Major shoutout to Donnie for always helping me find the perfect color and designs each appointment and for being so easy to be around and talk to during my appointment. I see Kha every time I’m in and he doesn’t disappoint ever! I absolutely love Loyalty so much.
THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND MY NAILS WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Coa which is the owners brother and he was so talented!!!!
I loved coming here but they don’t sanitize their area nor do they use new filers or pumices they use the same one on everyone . Every time I scheduled an appointment with a certain person I would arrive and have someone else do my nails and if I did get the person I scheduled with I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment to sit down. I am currently pregnant and the last time I went I got Covid from this location .
