I worked for LDR for 3 years. Really the best company I ever worked for in my life!! They not only care about their recipients, they care about employees! They are honest, hard working, and give %100!! From the owner to every staff member! They don't just talk, they do!! The compassion, and consideration they show for employees and recipients, is second to none!! Do yourself a favor and work with LDR, such an enjoyable experience!!
Great company to work for, the reason I gave 3 stars is because they never return calls when needing to ask a question or just to see if they have other clients to work with. I've called so many times and I just gave up
I visited them in hopes of switching companies. They bad mouthed my current provider and for the last two weeks the only thing they tell me is they are waiting to hear from my insurance. They are incompetent as a company. Just like the one I have in New Ulm. I guess it's Mankato I go🤔
