One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They seemed to be using fairly current medical supplies, from what I could tell. They didn't have the most advanced equipment, but it seemed okay. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
