Dan and his son did us a great service. We suddenly were having serious leaks into our basement during rain events. Dan was able to help us very quickly, was very affordable, and did great work. We had a crazy dog who was good at escaping and Dan made sure that we had some form of containment in the yard while part of the fence was down. Our dealings with him were entirely positive and our basement is now dry. Thank you.

Loyalist was recommended to me by friends who had had their basement foundation redone after leaking. Dan came promptly when I called, I explained to him all the work that had been done previously, by other companies, and he understood and explained what needed to be done. He was able to get to my house within the month and completed the work in about two and a half weeks of starting it, in a wet, confined space!
