The best experience I’ve had with a company in years, probably ever. I had some water damage in my basement. I contacted Dan and he promptly showed up to diagnose the problem. He quickly figured out the issue and told me how I could fix it myself to save on cost. I asked if he would complete it, and how much would it cost, as I wanted to be sure it was done right. Strongly recommend Loyalist Construction & Landscaping! Last year another contractor parged this section of my cottage, and the entire thing flaked off over the winter - see the "before and after" photo below. Dan and the team at Loyalist took one look and immediately understood why it had failed, then redid it properly. The difference speaks for itself. Dan and his crew are to be commended for their actions and quality of work conducted on the basement of my mother’s home. They fulfilled the tasks of repairing a wet basement thru excavation, tile replacement, and future preventative measures with expertise and diligence. Dan and his team did a great job fixing my leaking foundation. Pricing was competitive, they did what they said they were going to do, respected my property, kept me informed on progress, and got the job done quickly despite unfavorable weather conditions over the past few weeks. From the initial meeting to the final check-up, Dan was exceptional. Our project involved waterproofing and foundation repair, which is a huge undertaking, but the crew was efficient, polite, and very considerate of our family living in the house during the work. They explained each step as they went and genuinely cared about the outcome. An overall great experience with a top-notch company! Highly recommend!
