A DRIVER HIT MY TRUCK AND RAN. The driver pulled into the parking lot and backed into my truck stopped to look and took off. Horrible company for honest drivers. Will never recommend. I reached out and either want a resolution or will be calling police.
The driver Abdul Haseeb arrived on time in Black Honda Civic and he drove very safely. The car was clean and comfortable. My first Ride with Loyal and it was amazing. I would definitely ride again.
Today the app was down so I called them and the person on the phone worked their magic and got me a ride. I got the best driver ever. Bilalbabu with blue tesla was amazing. I loved the Tesla ride. He was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be asking for him in the future
