The app does not update prices!!! YOUR RIDE IS NOT 12$ IF GOING OUTSIDE TOWNLINE Got in the car thinking my ride would be 12$ and it was 22$. Because of price honoring, I shouldve had that the ride for 12$, regardless of what the website has listed, it should be updating on the app!!!!! Driver stated that the owner hasnt fixed this despite getting MANY complaints. Driver was kind though, we had a real talk about these issues. Owner needs to fix the app!!
Usually this company is amazing me and my good female friend got dropped off at McDonald's I'm Long Island Avenue St Catharines Ontario the driver wanted to charge us 5 dollars more for stopping which he did put of his own accord we never needed to stop.
