Opened the app to request a ride to work, app said $12.00 I thought this was a fantastic price as I was coming from the falls into st.Catharines. Get in the cab and find out I’m actually going to have to pay $27.00 incredibly deceptive and underhanded. Just have your app tell me the real price so it doesn’t feel like I’m being scammed.

do not ride with driver “ThankGod”!!!!! i was late for work and he picked my ride as he was 10 mins away, he arrived by 9:45 and i spent until 9:49 looking for him because he parked on the other side of the street about a minute walk from where my house was. it was also pouring rain. when i got into the car, i was drenched in rain and asked him “why did you park across the street sir?”, there were no cars in my driveway in which he could’ve parked. he was on a video call and didn’t even reply to my statement but continued to... read more

The app does not update prices!!! YOUR RIDE IS NOT 12$ IF GOING OUTSIDE TOWNLINE Got in the car thinking my ride would be 12$ and it was 22$. Because of price honoring, I shouldve had that the ride for 12$, regardless of what the website has listed, it should be updating on the app!!!!! Driver stated that the owner hasnt fixed this despite getting MANY complaints. Driver was kind though, we had a real talk about these issues. Owner needs to fix the app!!
