The lady working on my nails damaged them. It had been a while since I removed no chi to replace with regular polish and thought it was part of the process. She filed, soaked, SCRAPED and used a rough file on nail polish that was not coming off with her scraping tool. Then after she left the nails rough. Warning don’t come here !!!!!!I came here on 4/1/2026 around 1:15 to get waxed and came out with a burn on my face .Jenny is the the tech that dis my waxing which is the owner mother .Anyway I told I want a refund and to give me my money back which she did . I think it’s very unprofessional I will never come back here again. 🙄
