I echo the previous review. They looked at the AC unit and said the compressor was bad but that it was preexisting, even though it's only 5 yrs old. I even had a company (sent by CPS) in Aug that said everything was good. I spoke with the owner (he seemed disinterested), and he stuck by his tech. They told the warranty company that it was preexisting. I would not contact them again!!

I would be weary of any five star review that this company has received. I would like to echo the reviewers that reported that this company does a fantastic job of finding gaps to ensure your repair is not covered under warranty. I was charged more than $500 for a "mod" to an air conditioning motor. Which seemingly took all of five minutes to accomplish. My home warranty dispatched Loyal Home Services after I requested A/C service for my upstairs unit. My Ecobee thermostat lost power, and the screen was black. Loyal Home Services promptly reached out to me. They could not reach me because of my schedule, but they kept trying until they did. They promptly scheduled a visit. So the shop was closed for 2.5 weeks for a funeral. You should close open work orders before you go for 2.5 weeks. No concern for others. No reply to text from customer, no replies to AHS. No nothing. Horrible customer service. Do better.
