Loyal Companions, Dr. Petsche and associates were professional and accommodating. We had to make an emergency appointment for our 11 month old puppy that was involved in an altercation with a larger breed. They were so gentle with him and squeezed him in for the initial check. The bed that you sit on with your pet during the appointment is genius! I was able to hold him as they shaved his fur and cleaned up his wounds. Loyal Companions I don’t know where to start. My dog Wally LOVES going to play time and getting groomed. We live in California but whenever we are home visiting, we book Wally for play dates and grooming. It’s the only place we take him. Everyone is so nice, and they actually love pets. It’s not just a job to them. The employees get down to dog level and pet and play with them. I feel comfortable leaving Wally there. My dog has attachment issues to me. I've taken two of my rescue dogs to Loyal Companions. Dr. Petsche and her staff are wonderful. When dealing with my crotchety old man and my new neglected pittie mix, they took their time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable. They are wonderful with transparency and communication about treatment options and prices are comparable to other local clinics. I am so grateful to have a fear-free clinic close to me.
