Hired them to take care of family and they pulled out on the first day not sure why but very distressing! Would not recommend!

At first Loyal Care was great but to be honest they have a hard time keeping employees. We never know who will be there and for an 88 year old diabetic Veteran with dementia that is really hard. In fact I got a phone call while at work saying the door was locked and they could hear him talking to his dog inside. Apparently he told the dog not to unlock the door. They know where the key is and decided not to use it. No contact was made with him. They left me a message asking me to make sure he gets fed and his med reminder. I... read more
