Very professional and honest. My son's car broke down and was towed to Loyal Automotive. While they did experience the problem with the car, the car wouldn't return a diagnostic code, and everything else checked out. They suggested he to take it to a manufacturer dealership. They spent considerable time on the car and didn't charge for their time. Super considerate of a college student's money! If I lived in shoreline, I'd take my car there!
Great shop. Skilled individuals who have helped me with everything from routine maintenance to engine replacement.
