18 months in and no complaints. Went to full coverage after 1 year and have had great customer service. I have yet to file a claim so I'm not sure how good they are in full. UPDATE : I WAS REAR ENDED AND HIS COMPANY ( SAFEWAY) REFUSE TO COVER MY DAMAGE. I CALLED UPON LOYA TO WALK ME THROUGH THIS BUT I RECEIVED VERY LITTLE HELP I CLEARLY WAS NOT A PRIORITY TO LOYA CLAIMS DEPARTMENT. ANGELA IN rental department was very helpful despite me being rude and angry .thanks Angela you turned my day around.
