The absolute worst. Someone in ownership of the Loya franchise really should contact me. Im considering acquiring a lawyer for fraudulent practices
Not helpful. Want things their way. Instead of insurance lowering they raise the price and then don’t even have a reason to tell you why. They cancel insurance before it actually expires and make you restart the whole thing. Either change your employees to people who actually help and actually know or teach your current employees better customer service!
Lady don't know how to explain things. I have to call the 1800 so they can help me I have 3 cars in the insurance all I need is to reactivate the insurance and she say can't because 2 cars are not in the location to take the pictures. Need to teach them there is other ways not just her way.
