Horrible called and got a quote signed everything and paid downpayment. Then they called me 2 days later after I told them I was cancelling my old insurance for them to say “oh we messed up, we need you to pay 350 more” so I asked him I told you to verify and make sure everything was good cause the price Dont seem right and that I'm cancelling my other insurance he said oh no everything good to now its a mess up?! This company deserves zero stars. After insuring my cars with them for over three years, I've consistently encountered rude staff. Recently, I attempted to register my new 2025 truck, only to be told by a gentleman that he couldn't register it because he couldn't locate the value in Carfax or the blue book. This is completely unacceptable! I was paying nearly $500 a month for insurance on my other three cars, with a $2,000 deductible. Clearly, they need to improve their training.
