Very bad customer service, I was asked to leave and go to another office because they would be closing in 40 mins. I told the lady that I can’t do that and 10minutes is just too far for me to travel . After denying to leave the Fred Loya on paradise and Maryland, the lady proceeded to call me “Sir” when I’m clearly a female. I was very offended and felt that the young lady was being funny.
No don’t come here less then 6 months my insurance went to 220 already at 300 ridiculous no courtesy call no email just a surprise this is what I’m charging now .
Pésimo servicio, llame y me cotizaron un precio fijo y económico el cual cuando fui a la oficina personalmente, después de una hora de espera y burocracia que hasta tomaron fotos a mi auto me dice el representante que había verificado con su supervisora y el precio no era el mismo ya era más alto, es una falta de respeto lo q tienen, fui creyendo que tal vez no pasara lo mismo que a otras personas de acuerdo a los demás comentarios que veo aca y buscando ayuda y pues la verdad que decepción, deberían de cerrar esa oficina o ... read more
