I called this morning and spoke with Martha. She was super helpful and informative and literally gave me the best quote. She was even understanding of the fact the DMV is shut down and gave me an extension to turn my documents in.
Claim from June still hasn't been resolved. One of their insured drivers ran into my backyard wall and knocked a chunk out, endangering my small children and pet. I can't get through to anyone. It took over a month to even speak to my adjuster, BIANCA GRACIA, after a month of calling and leaving voice-mails and emails. Worst insurance company ever. Been with this company since they came to Southern Nevada because they offered affordable car insurance. Over they years they raised their rates for a small company. I have a clean driving record and never filed a claim with this company. After noticing my cost went up 100 dollars a month, I called and they said that with the rise of accidents in Las Vegas, good drivers are essentially paying for bad drivers.
