I had a new patient visit with doctor Georgina Loya, I have never seen a doctor so unprofessional toward her patient. She was very loud ,negative, everything I said was inaccurate as far as she was concerned . I may not be a doctor but I have 35 years plus working in hospitals, rehabilitation centers and doctors offices I have never seen a doctor so mean toward her patients in a high pitched voice and constantly putting the patient down.
Excellent experience with Dr Georgina Loya. Fast to listen and quick to react. I no longer have pain in my left leg and I have no trouble walking. Thanks Dr. Loya
I have been a patient of Doctor Georgina Loya for over 10 years and I could not have asked for a better doctor. She is not only a knowledgeable and experienced doctor, but she is also a very kind and caring human being, who treats her patients with respect. She actually listens -patiently- to what you have to say and shows real interest in helping you. I am so grateful to have found her.
Do not go to this doctor. The front office has no idea what they're doing. I was charged over $100 for my routine office visit even though my insurance fully covers office visits. According to this office, I had to pay then I'll be reimbursed for it once my insurance company sends the payment. I have never had to do this at any other doctor's office. I've been with doc loya for many years. However I just got new medical insurance a few weeks ago. I set an appointment on 23 July 2018 with the doctors staff. I noted my new Unity Healthshare coverage to her staff. Even repeated the insurance check when I got a call back the day before the appointment. Surprise received after I checked in 10 minutes before appointment time. They no longer accept the insurance . I had to leave without important prescription.. disappointing
I have been going to Dr. Loya since I moved to Houston, which has been over 10 years. I love the attention she gives me. She is kindhearted and knowledgeable. I love bragging about her to my husband. Needless to say if I ever move out the area I will be driving to her office from where ever I am at. Thank you Dr. Loya!
