I desperately called Dr. J. Loy in the middle of this terrible crisis. There are no words to describe how amazing my experience was. She responded to my phone call promptly and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. She made several phone calls to the pharmacy to order the medication and made sure of its availability. In a short period of time I had my medications and was able to begin my treatment. She is a highly professional doctor with a lovely personality. I highly recommend Dr. Janet Loy to everyone.
