HOAs beware! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unprofessionalism was rampant and the owner was chronically snarky, condescending and patronizing. Customer service was seriously lacking and our homeowners were regularly left waiting days or weeks for responses to inquiries. Office hours were a mere suggestion. Three raccoons in a trench coat probably would have done a better job at property management.
If I could give less stars I would. Terrible company. Doesn't respond to emails or answer the phone. I had emailed in June, never got anything back, emailed again in October, nothing. Called in December and was scolded for not getting ahold of them sooner. I could not access my online account and the office in the neighborhood has nobody in it.
Worthless. They charge you fees, then they never enforce the neighborhood CCNR's. Trying to list our home for sale, while the neighbor has goats in his backyard, and repaired the road-facing privacy fence with scrounged materials and packing crates 14 months ago after a windstorm. This was a fairly nice neighborhood, before these bozos took over management a few years ago. It's in town NOT a farming area. Any management company is better than Loxoma.
