They are money hungry frauds. They will tell you one thing then do another because they are scammers. And the maintenance men will walk in and out your apartment when they get ready and that's totally invading privacy and trespassing. Very big turn over in management in which causes issues among tenants. Very rude staff and some neighbors are rude very rude. I just found out it is private owned and half government in which explains why all the apt checks. My husband paid full rent and was treated wrong by certain staff. To new management please be more courteous okay. Take a customer care class or etc. I advise if you move here only stay a year and get out asap.
