This is the 3rd time I have called trying to schedule an appointment to no avail. If you ask about days or time availability the standard answer I's "we all keep our own book" so I only know what I have open. Very unhelpful and zero concern for customer service. This salon will not be around much longer with no organized central appointment center.
Hands down the best salon in the area! Not only was Katie able to make my hair look amazing after I completely wrecked it with a home dye job, but I had to bring my 1 year old with me, and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful with her. I really felt so welcomed and comfortable. The price was a lot cheaper than I expected for everything she did to my hair. I definitely walked out feeling like a million dollars!
Highly recommend this salon! I love Kattie! She always gives me a beautiful cut and color!
Kattie does amazing work!
Kattie Jones is an amazing stylist and does amazing lash extensions. The only reason I wish I still lived in Illinois is so Kattie could do my hair regularly. I won’t come home to visit without an appointment scheduled with Kattie she is that good. My hair is always exactly how I want it and she is so sweet and talented!
I go to Kattie. She is amazing at crazy colors as well as more calm colors. She can do it all!!
