The no refund policy is terrible. My son, literally bought a pair of boots, left the store, changed his mind and walked back in the store and asked for a refund. Too bad - only exchange or merchandise certificate - no refunds. Will not shop here again. I like to support local merchants over online stores/Amazon but when their policies are as anti-consumer as this, I’m out. It’s out of the way to go here anyway. I put Rachel through the ringer because I’m so picky with colors... BUT she didn’t quit until she found a pair of that I absolutely love! I have tiny Calves and I need a nice soft square toe boot to work in. She was so nice and patient I can’t thank you enough for the great customer service Rachel!!! I love my new boots!!
