Nice medical facility, but parking costs $10 minimum, and they don't validate for anything less than two hours.
My experience with the doctor was fine but the woman at the information desk was very rude. Older woman, long white/grey hair, pulled back into a pony tail or braid. I’m new to the hospital and on top of that have some brain fog as a result of one of my medical conditions. She didn’t explain how validation worked clearly and then got frustrated when I didn’t understand. Some people just make a positive difference in one day, today was my lucky day! Michelle is in reception in the front lobby and went way out of our way to help my sister and me today. My sister had an appointment and needed to get an x-ray which was a short distance away however it’s hard for her to walk and Michelle Recognize that on her own and picked up the phone, ordered. a shuttle for us.
