I went in for a cleaning. They told me I needed a “specialty cleaning” signed me up for 2 appointments for one cleaning over a month out. My insurance expires at the end of a month due to getting a new job and they won’t even attempt to get me in before my insurance expires. Now I can’t go to another dentist to get the cleaning because they already charged my insurance for the first appointment when they didn’t clean my teeth.

They’re truly the best: friendly, verbally explaining what they’re doing and what I should feel during procedures, just everything I want in a dentist. I’ve only ever seen women working, and I love t interactions with them all! Bonus: the space itself is beautiful. Lots of light, airy tones and great design! 10/10.
Everyone made me feel welcome! Dr. Worthington is awesome as well as the receptionist, dental hygienists and the dental assistants. All of them made my first visit pleasant so I plan to return!

Efficient and good service. My husband and I both transferred to Lowry Main Street Dental after relocating from Dallas to Denver.
Made an appointment to have a tooth pulled, the staff set up the meds and the day of I call to confirm appointment and they have no record of me. I was contacted at least 5 times about this appointment and today I was told they have no record of me. But they could get me in on an emergency basis.
