In Lehigh County, PA...Yes they tell you what it will cost up front, unfortunately I was not there to intervene for my elderly parents. They bought a new washer and dryer. The water valves in the basement were rusted, so the installers couldn't hook up the new hoses. My mother called Lowry and they came over shortly after. Plumber cut and added two new valves for the washer, then told her he should replace the main valve because that was tight also.
