Dr. Shropshire has been our daughter's Developmental Pediatrician for about 2 years now. My husband and I will readily admit that we weren't exactly pleased with the first few visits (including the initial visit when my daughter first received her Autism diagnosis). Even though we had a rough start, all our concerns were addressed and resolved - which is a true testament to honest dialogue and effective communication between all parties involved. Dr. Lowry Shropshire met with my son today and I wanted to share what a kind, gentle and overall wonderful doctor he is. The way he interacted with my son was so wonderful. He took his time and addressed any questions or concerns I had. I’ve even been having trouble getting my son’s genetic testing authorization appeal taken care of (due to lack of paperwork from his previous out of state neurologist) and he offered to assist if needed. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shropshire!
No one picks up the phone for the pass 3 months! What a poor management for doctors office no wonder they have 3 stars rating.
