In Jan. 1961 a dream became a reality. Charles Lowmaster Sr. opened Lowmasters Electrical Appliances in N. Tonawanda, NY. On Jan 1, 1965 he welcomed his brother & brother-in-law as partners becoming incorporated & changing the business name to Lowmaster & Warden Inc. We purchased a washer and dryer in May 2020. The first night we had the dryer it stayed on all night. I called Lowmaster and Warden and they sent someone to work on it. I continued to have trouble and they continued to come and work on it, even taking it into their shop to monitor it. After 5 times they replaced it with a new one with no help from Speed Queen. This is why we chose to buy our washer and dryer there. We would have never had the same service from Lowe’s or any other company. We will continue to buy our applianc... read more

the appliances are top and last a very long time washer was 17 yrs old before it needed anything and dryer even lasted longer than that

If you want to get a new appliance this is the place. I bought my new dishwasher over the phone they delivered it the same day COD! My washing machine also came from here anytime I have a problem they come out and fix it! Soon will be replacing other appliances and will only shop here!
