Lowman is a Big No! Roaches are literally everywhere! Arboreal Management have not made any building wide remedies to fix this. Constant roaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment and in the hallways and stairways. It's almost summer 2026 and I'm sure it's going to be Roach Festival at Lowman apartments once that sun starts to hit. It's horrendous now ...it's just going to get even worse. Renter beware! Roaches! 🪳 And more Roaches!!! Building has a Roach infestation. If you rent here ....you will be infested with Roaches. Did I mention Roaches? It's literally like living in the movie "Joes Apartment". They are deep in the walls, travel through the pipes, apartment to apartment and in the entire building. You can have the cleanest apartment here....and they can spray your apartment and hallways...but remember...the entire building is infested. I’m writing this because I genuinely don’t want someone else to go through what I did. I toured a unit at the Lowman on February 17. The landlord Carrie Caldwell told me it could be ready within a week. Based on that, I applied and paid the deposit through their online portal. I was later emailed that they would “shoot for” a Friday move-in but to plan on Monday, February 23. That date came and went.
