Kinda defeating living here. The other reviews about the cockroaches are 1000% true. There were less cockroaches the last month but now they are back x2. Management makes no communication with tenants to let them know that anything is being done about the cockroaches. I think they sprayed once a month ago and they think that's all they have to do. Having management on-site Monday-Friday has been very helpful. After speaking with the manager, she was able to promptly delegate the work order I requested. I have also noticed that management has made it a priority to keep the building clean and smelling amazing!!! Thank you Arboreal Property Management.
Lowman is a Big No! Roaches are literally everywhere! Arboreal Management have not made any building wide remedies to fix this. Constant roaches no matter how clean you keep your apartment and in the hallways and stairways. It's almost summer 2026 and I'm sure it's going to be Roach Festival at Lowman apartments once that sun starts to hit. It's horrendous now ...it's just going to get even worse.
