Moved out three years ago. Lived there eight years. As an instructor, it was all I could afford. Neighbor’s bed bugs unresolved (frequently made it into my apartment two floors up). Roaches unresolved. Took three-and-a-half years to fix my window (handle fell off to street; could’ve hurt someone). Had snow on indoor window ledge and carpet every winter. If you don't have a month of being jerked around before moving in, don't waste your time. They put my daughter through weeks of jumping through hoops and sending and resending documents until she finally gave up. They finally approved her, but by then she had lost faith in them. She was able to get moved into another place in less than a week. The company who manages them has terrible reviews. And the building has roaches in top of everything else. There are many other, less hassle choices.
Poorly managed, I applied to several units and told they were unavailable. Then one of the units I applied to came available and after a month of back and forth and immediately sending over all of the paperwork, they gave the unit to someone else. Scheduling a tour is highly difficult and on one occasion was not met with to tour the units available when I arrived at my scheduled touring appointment. I waited for almost an hour and no one arrived Highly disappointed Wouldn't recommend
