A part fell off my truck after they lifted.it 8 months later they still couldn't get me the part. And now they don't take my calls or return my messages. I run a business as well and never would I conduct it this way. I ended up making a call to the manufacturer and having the part delivered to my house for less than $100. Pretty sad it took them 8 plus months
I’m gonna start by leaving my honest review because no one is doing anything about it to help me. I’ve never been so patient, I ordered some belltech shocks for my 2006 gmc sierra RCSB (ordered on July 5th 2023) I also paid $50 for a faster shipping, I was told “6 weeks” it would arrive. Anyways 2 months later I call and ask where’s my shocks? And I’m told “oh your package got stuck in Texas” whatever I waited another 2 months (4 months total) I call back and ask “hey any news” and so I’m told “yeah your shocks got ruined in... read more
