Highly recommend. Office has good modern technology, Dr Lowinger is very professional, the technicians and office stuff are very efficient, and prescription that he gave me worked great - and Costco gives you 90 days to redo the glasses if there is a problem.

Excellent eye care from everyone! Dr. Rojas took the time to answer my questions, they use the newest equipment, and the lady who did the exam was very kind, as well as the guy in charge of the front desk! 100% recommended! Thank you for the highest healthcare service provided.
I had my eyes examined a few weeks ago to see if there had been any change in my prescription. I was pleasantly surprised to see very new equipment that I had not experienced before. Staff were friendly. I did not have to wait, and Dr Lowenger was very professional and explained my results to me. I never would have thought my Medicare paid partially if the staff person hadn’t asked to check it. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend using Dr Lowenger in the North Miami Costco.
