Waited an hour after being told to wait 10 minutes. When i checked on this about 30 minutes, they told me they called me WHILE THEY DIDNT and then i waited again for long before leaving. They also was very not nice or accommodating.
Excellent medical staff and doctors. Everyone is professional, caring, and takes the time to listen to my symptoms and medical history. The clinic is always very clean, and I appreciate that I can walk in without an appointment. The doctors are knowledgeable and have always helped resolve my health concerns. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Jade Pestritto, OD, is outstanding. I came in with a serious issue, and she provided attentive care that went beyond what I expected. She genuinely cares about her patients and always follows through. She even called me with guidance regarding my issue exactly when she said she would. I would recommend her 100%
My experience was excellent. Everything was very punctual, and the team was professional and efficient. It was my first time meeting all the ophthalmologists, and I felt very comfortable throughout. I especially liked the doctor — he made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Lowinger also came across as extremely professional, highly experienced, honest, and very practical in his approach. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
