Staff friendly, Life Guards are awesome.It can get crowded at times but I never have had problems getting onto workout equipment. I spend up to two house here. No problems. Love the wet area. Guards very helpful. On my first week staff answered my questions. Thank You!!
The customer service at this location is horrible. I only signed up for a membership because their website said they had racquetball. When I showed up they said they did not because it was removed. We decided to try the gym instead, the kids area had a wait list, the staff seemed uninterested in helping us, the gym was packed and this was all on a weekday morning. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Brought my 3 small children here to the indoor pool and from the moment we walked in the door these so called life guards were already yelling at us to stop doing this and that. My children were behaving. Those “life guards” stared me down the entire time having something to say about our every move. I don’t need any 18 year old telling me to be within “arms reach” of my children in a public pool, when I’m in the water with them, and they have floaties on, in 2 feet of water!
