They sucks Their customer service is really bad. Especially customer service manager, not only he didn't appologize about the mistake, he acts like he is doing my favor to fix it. I will never go back to the store again. I would rather go Homedepot right across the street, which I should've done it at the first place.
AVOID JULIE at all costs! Hubby and I went July/21/2018 at 11am. It's taken me 6 MONTHS to calm down to leave a review w/o vulgarities! We were looking for some items in Garden but couldn't find them. So we went in to look for help. On Aisle 23 Julie was on a phone call. We walked around a bit and came back after about 10 minutes. Julie was still on the call. I ask for help, she puts her hand up and starts talking about what they're going to have for dinner. I wait a bit more then interrupted her again to say we're customers... read more
