To say this Lowe's and members of the staff are horrible is an understatement. My brother-in-law recently stopped in to get supplies for a project and asked an associate where to find putty. The individual told him to speak English he didn't understand him. My brother-in-law is from New Zealand, so not only does he speak English, he speaks proper English.
