Lowe's in Bellefountaine, Ohio sent ultimate home services to install carpet in my new home. While installers were tearing up the old carpet the used metal scrappers and took gouges out of my beautiful hardwood floors. They refuse to fix the damages and both Lowe's Corperate and UHS were EXTREMELY rude telling me that these damages were my fault because I didnt tell them not to do it. Whatever you do, don't get the credit card. The website will re-directed you to the credit site from then on, and you won't even be able to switch to full site or call to ask if they have something because it will only list info for the credit card company. It's impossible to get around, so now I have to drive to the local store any time I just want to know if they carry something. Very irritating. Not my first problem with Lowe's, either.
