The employee was very helpful and plesent. The items that I bought. I taught would be expensive but I was surprised it wasn't. This is the Best!! place to shop for all your home improvement needs.
I waited over 30 minutes on the phone on hold, only for the person picking up the call go mute lol. Also, they will randomly change delivery date and will not provide reason for doing so.

I’m sharing my experience with the Lowe’s Protection Plan because it has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a Whirlpool WED4815EW1 dryer on 09/12/2024 along with a 3-year extended warranty through Lowe’s (administered by Assurant). Horrendous service. Avoid if at all possible. My mother went in to have a few keys copied. After handing him two keys to be copied, the attendant, Marc, returned only one key with its copy. When she inquired about the second key, he maintained that she had only handed him one key. He spoke to her in a patronizing fashion, as if she was crazy or confused.
