Ordered an item online for delivery. They said it was delivered but it never arrived. Was on hold with the iwilei store for four hours trying to get in touch with someone. Online help/chat was no help at all.

Bought a new washer dryer throughkowes. They contracted Nesian strong llc to deliver. Kila and Oliver were my delivy guys. They were able to get the units into the small space I was spurised how how efficient, nice, and professional they were! If lowes keeps using these guys, I'll be back!
Clean store and convenient location. I did leave in disgust the last time. I literally had an item with me that I needed to buy a replacement for it. The first two folks looked at it and both told me to go to a part of the store that had no such items. However, I finally found the correct area and the assigned "plumber" told me exactly where to find the items but said it wasn't in stock typically because it's a special size--he was correct. Will never shop at this Lowe's again. The attitude of the people in your paint department is terrible. They aren't in a rush to help you and when they do, it's a bad vibe. Not friendly and like they don't even want to help. You should send in some secret shoppers to see what kind of employees/punks you have in the paint dept. Had a bad experience in that department less than two weeks ago and today was even worse. That's why Home Depot is crowded and this store is not. I'll go to City Mill or Home Depot to do my business.
