I walked in and asked the girl at the customer service where I could find wing nuts, she pulled out the little device and told me exactly where to go. Upon checking out, Adrian asked if I had find what I was looking for, yes I did. Adrian was super friendly, funny, I didn’t notice the machine was card only, he was quick to transfer my purchase to a cash machine register. Thank you Adrian for making my experience so easy and nice. I hope you get to train people to offer the great customer experience you provided to me.
We required a 15 Amp GFCI kitchen outlet to replace a failing unit. Lowes had the requisite part, but it was very expensive. The staff was very helpful in directing us to the location of electrical components.
Went looking for a check valve for a basement floor drain. The employees had no idea what I was talking about. None in stock. Not impressed with any Lowe's at this point. Lacking hardware and tool selections at all sites.
