Unbelievable customer service, they were so helpful! Especially Frank, he went above and beyond to help us in every way! I’m not sure how much money he makes but he needs a raise no matter what.
Spent 20 minutes on hold, hung up and called back and Spent another 20 minutes on hold to not talk to a single person....before I can ever say anything, the guy would say lowes customer service and immediately put me on hold. All I wanted to know is if my pickup order would be ready in the morning since evidently they couldn't get around to fulfilling the order on the day they said they would. I called 2 hours before closing, my guess is they didn't want to answer phones even though it's still 2 hours until the store closes.... read more
