Went for a washer on sale that website said two were in stock at Harrisonburg location. Those two were display models , one with sale price , one with original price. Sales associate tried to convince me , despite exact same model # proof , they were not the same washer. Asked about buying one of the display models and was told absolutely not. Had to drive all the way to Woodstock to get one at sale price in stock. Woodstock associates were extremely helpful , went above and beyond in helping to load it in my jeep.
Hard to find what I was looking for, could not find an employee to assist me.
Thomas was amazing. He walked up and asked if we needed help. Looked up details on 2 chainsaw options so we could make an informed decision. Took the time and we didn't feel rushed. Ended up getting a fan too. Very helpful and appreciated the personal touch and expertise
