No help...trying to find 1 item, of course you cannot go to the App because you're in a metal building
I spend a lot of money at Lowe's I'm a contractor and I run a business where we use a lot of tools and stuff from places like ABC supply hep lakeside etc I came in here to buy some tools because my grinder broke I had $250 on the counter and was asking for a battery pack the lady said I needed to go stand by the tools and wait for someone she had me waiting there when I came back up there was no customer and she was like no one's help you yet I left the tools on the counter I think I will stop using Geneva Lowe's for a while... read more
Geneva,NY! While shopping there couldn't find shopping cart,went through the store trying to find items,no luck with several. Looked all over for help but couldn't find nobody working. I'm talking 1hr. Of walking around lost. Finally asked the man doing check out to find a item. I used to work at Home Depot so I know that there should be helpers. While checking out I heard the manager ordering works to help people. Allen of a sudden you couldn't move without running into one of them. Allen I to say(DO YOUR JOB PEOPLE)
Very helpful people. Store was neat and clean. The only problem was the construction in the parking lot.
