As always, a great store! The new Lowe's in Rio Grande is fantastic. The inside of the store is neat and organized and always has what I am looking for. The associates are eager to help and the cashiers are friendly and efficient. They have a separate area for returns and exchanges that is always staffed and out of the way of the other shoppers. The public restrooms are in the front of the store and easy to find.
BEWARE!!! DO NOT buy a major appliance from this lowes. Delivery is contracted by 3rd party xpo delivery was 3 hours late, rude, and after dragging up a step and scratching the railing and steps .. the men took the refrigerator back to the truck and left saying they can't continue as they caused damage. The house is new with a large door and floor plan but since th y bumped into railing we were left with a damaged rail and no refrigerator. I recently ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's in Rio Grande. What a smooth transaction. I was called with a delivery time and the delivery was right on time. The two gentlemen who delivered it were efficient, pleasant and hard working. They easily removed the old refrigerator, put the door handles on the new refrigerator and were gone in a flash. Tell you what, I would not hesitate to buy all my appliances at Lowe's. Thank you for the good service.
