Terrible is not even a bad enough word to use. We bought a dishwasher in July to be installed August 14. On the 14th the installer called us and said that Lowe’s couldn’t find our dishwasher and it would be December before they could get another one. My husband called Lowe’s and they passed the buck to the main customer service which is out of the country and they cannot speak a lick of English.
