Edit: I called the number they told me to call and the representative said, “That was an automated reply and there’s nothing that we can do. You have to contact the manufacturer.” Lowe’s is just a joke. They have an automated system leave comments so they can make it look like they care about you and resolve situations, but they don’t. We are remodeling our home and have had nightmare after nightmare with items that we ordered from this Lowe’s location. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Lowe’s and manufacturers dealing with situations that should have been handled by managers. One manager today asked me where an item was because an installer was waiting to pick it up! Excuse me sir, I don’t work for Lowe’s!!! Do your job and track it down. Needed to get an air compressor to fill a flat tire until Discount Tire opens. The employees were cheerful and helpful.
