Edit: I called the number they told me to call and the representative said, “That was an automated reply and there’s nothing that we can do. You have to contact the manufacturer.” Lowe’s is just a joke. They have an automated system leave comments so they can make it look like they care about you and resolve situations, but they don’t. I'm never shopping at lowe’s again. A 48-hour return policy on something that is supposed to last longer than a decade is embarrassing.
