Today I called this Lowe’s, which is about 40 miles each way from my home, to ask if they had a specific item in stock. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes, then disconnected. When I called back, I waited another 20 minutes before someone confirmed that two were available. Since it’s a long drive, I called again while en route just to make sure I could purchase it.
