Walked up to the checkout, politely greeted the cashier, was totally ignored. It wasn’t a mistake or that they didn’t hear me. Politely told him he could keep the merchandise I was leaving. He heard that.

I purchased a set of mulching blades from Lowe's Owings Mills for my riding mower and left them in the shopping cart by mistake on Monday, July 21st, 2025 around 10am. I called the store knowing someone had either taken them home or they were still in the cart, but to my surprise, an employee had discovered them and placed them on the customer service desk. I met him and thanked him. Lowe's, give that young man a RAISE!
