If you want something with good customer service don’t come here
Worst place to get Paint you have to pay before they mix it and worst place where if you’re a contractor is gonna take you more than an hour just to buy eight buckets of paint first there was no one at the pro desk. They called her up and she took more than 30 minutes just to get to the pro desk and this is why no contractors go to Lowe’s they don’t know how to do customer service to contractors. We just wanna be in and out and take as less time as possible. this should’ve been a 20 minute purchase and went past an hour.
There was a couple of associates working tonight that went the extra mile to make my experience really good so thank you
This store is the worst ever when, it comes to customer service department. I brought 14 hooks 🪝 from this store and I had the receipts and they still they give a hard time to get a refund or a store credit. These people are not there to help the customer at all. Please be aware of this. Stay away from this store at all cost. The worst experience in this store. Horrible management team 💩💩💩.
The best thing about Lowe’s is they are always dependable! You can count on them to have what you need and employees that are always happy to help! Big stores, lots of inventory and options and the pricing is competitive in 99% of their items.
