Thanks to Rhonda in Paint. She was so patient and answered my questions about painting my dresser. I am new to Sioux Falls and I am glad I stopped by Lowes.
Everyone makes mistakes. During a busy day, they forgot to add the tint to my Venetian Plaster, (anyone who has done faux painting/plastering knows the price, time, and labor involved). Upon the third coat, I realized my work was now ruined. I was LIVID. I do have to thank them for being so courteous and understanding to my dilemma. They replaced 2 gallons of the expensive plaster, and although it was a bad situation, they did do their best to make it right. They treated me with respect, and were apologetic.
