I'd like to give a shoutout to a Mr. Al Green and Dylan in the Wasilla Lowes Windows and Doors dept for outstanding service over the phone and in store. They went above and beyond assisting me with ordering a custom door. The entire process made me as the customer feel confident and valued which I didn't expect from a big box store. My husband also went to the store on a separate occasion and had the same experience in the Windows and Doors Dept with Dylan.
