Horrible place to shop in alaska. Very lazy staff. Inaccurate order updates and estimated arrival. Lowes Wasilla has costed me lots of money not updating their system or notifying of order delays. All I receive from customer service is excuses and no clear explanation. Lowes has let me down alot. And no reimbursement for delays on orders.
Consistent. Customer service is always good and appreciated. Associates always point me in the right direction.
