Bought a gas dryer and propane conversion kit. They sold me the wrong conversion and then admitted they didn't carry the right one. I was then referred to a competitor for the right conversion. When returning the dryer I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time and then the manager was less than friendly. Most of the time I shop the Wasilla Lowe's it goes fine and some employees have been great. However, the appliance lady needs more training and the manager needs an attitude adjustment.
They are always so clean, calm and helpful
The Wasilla Lowe's store is almost identical to Home Depot, but depending on where you live is far more centralized and may have an item that Home Depot does not have and vice versa. They suffer from the same issue that Home Depot does which is mainly about calling them to ask them any question. Most of the time if you call them to get something answered you get transferred to nowhere, somebody will hang up on you, or you may get misinformation.
