I purchased a new whirlpool washing machine for a rental property and paid for Lowe’s to deliver and install. The washing machine made a terrible noise the first time it was turned on. I went back to Lowe’s and showed them the video to ask for help and the associate (after speaking with a manager) told me I had to contact the manufacturer.
