I waited for 25 minutes to get someone to help me in the electrical department. 5 employees tried to get Paul (who it seemed was the only person qualified to help in that department) by calling him on their radios to come assist me but he never showed. Finally a local electrician that I know came in and helped find what I needed. It's safe to say that this was not my best experience at our local Lowe's. Robin specifically, in self-check out. Needs rushed to the the nearest training center and maybe neurologist. Her incompetence-at a job she was trained to-do is mortifying.
